Terms and Conditions for Aftercare Subscription Service
These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between TD Landscapes Ltd (the "Company") and the Client for the provision of landscaping aftercare services. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
1.1 The Company will provide aftercare services as per the selected subscription tier (Basic, Standard, or Premium).
1.2 Services may include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning and maintenance of paving, decking, and artificial grass.

Sealing, re-sanding, and minor repairs.

Clearing drainage systems and other agreed-upon services.
1.3 Specific services will be outlined in the subscription confirmation. Any additional services requested outside the subscription scope will incur extra charges.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 The Client agrees to subscribe to one of the Company’s service tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium).
2.2 Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance via direct debit or other agreed payment methods.
3. Duration and Termination
3.1 Subscriptions are ongoing and will renew automatically unless cancelled by the Client or the Company.
3.2 The Client may cancel the subscription with 30 days' written notice.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate the subscription for non-payment or breach of these terms.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule.
4.2 Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 The Client must ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed service times.
5.2 The Client must inform the Company in advance of any changes to the property that may affect the provision of services.
6. Liability
6.1 The Company will take reasonable care in providing services but is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to landscaping elements.

Issues arising from improper use or maintenance by the Client.
6.2 The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the subscription fee paid for the month in which an issue arises.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing 30 days in advance.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 The Company will not be held liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
